With foundations of a connected home and homes in general being somewhat reliant on a connection to the internet, means that software and hardware will need to be updated to the latest versions and on rare occasions replaced. With our network systems installed we can have the ability to receive notifications of any issues, sometimes prior to you being made aware, we can sometimes resolve these issues remotely without the need to send a technician out to your home. On occasions that we cannot rectify issues remotely, we can send one of our experienced technicians out to site to resolve the issue in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
All of our projects come with a twelve month maintenance and servicing package as standard, then following this period we can tailor a package that will meet your specific needs and ensure that your system remains up to date and continues to work as seamlessly as the day you took control of your automated home.
